Women are beginning to accessorize! Hats, bags and scarves oh my!
Gloves were an absolute must during this period. There were gloves that were up to the wrist for during the day, and elbow length gloves for the evening. Short hair remained popular for most of the 1930s.

Coco Chanel
I love quotes and I figured I should add some quotes from one of the most influential designers, Coco Chanel!
“Fashion fades, only style remains the same”
“In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different”
“A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous”
“As long as you know men are like children, you know everything!”
Which decade are you?
1920s:
This was the first decade in history to become modernized with fashion. Women had more styles of clothing to choose from than ever before. Finally, there was a feeling of liberation and clothing was actually comfortable. (Phew! No more corsets!) Men’s fashion also changed and became casual with sportswear becoming increasingly popular. Women’s clothing was created to be more fitting and neat, women were either dressing sexier (flapper dresses) or they were showing off their more masculine side wearing trousers and collared blouses. The 1920s was also the decade that revolutionized the bob haircut and what do you know, it is the year 2008 and it has made a huge comeback!
